About Jason Kinser
Jason Kinser’s diversity in his litigation work allows Kinser Law to offer its services to a wide variety of clients with differing legal requirements. Unlike many firms, Kinser Law does not handle only defensive or plaintiff cases. Kinser Law is a firm that simply helps clients in need. His journey to achieving this goal started several years back.
Jason Kinser began his law career prosecuting crimes against the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He spent two and a half years with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office litigating high profile felonies before he was appointed to a federal task force and as conflict counsel for an adjacent Kentucky county.
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Jason went on to further litigation training at the National District Attorney’s Association in Columbia, South Carolina. Right after, he moved on to work with a mid-size defense firm where he focused on civil litigation. It was here that he gained invaluable experience in conflict resolution and polished his client services.
With years of experience under his belt, this dedicated husband and father decided to start his own firm – Kinser Law. Jason saw this as his chance to provide counsel without unnecessary or costly litigation fees, while ensuring that his clients receive the proper information about their cases and attentive, personal service. Kinser Law has now been in operation since 2009.
From day one, Kinser Law has served people suffering from personal injury or financial or property damage. Since businesses in Kentucky can be affected in the same manner as individuals, Kinser Law has also represented companies with litigation, restructuring or formation needs.
In 2013, Jason was awarded a true honor among attorneys when he received the AV Preeminent rating, which is the highest rating for litigators from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings survey. This is a substantial accomplishment for any attorney as it reflects how both judges and fellow attorneys rank attorneys based on their performance in five areas: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience.
This reflects how seriously Jason takes his litigation work. To him, Kinser Law is his way of giving something back to his community and helping people and businesses navigate the complexities of the law no matter on which side they find themselves.
